| Street Light Outages - If you see an outage you can contact 311 who will notify CenterPoint Energy on your behalf. You can also submit a report directly to CenterPoint Energy via the web, thereby eliminating "hold time" on the phone. Be prepared to give them as much information as possible, including the address and pole number (six digit number located on the poll). |
